Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this amendment to RI Marine Fisheries Statutes and Regulations - Part VII - Minimum Sizes of Fish/Shellfish is to create an aggregate landing program for the summer flounder commercial fishery during the sub-period known as "Winter I".
